This two-day executive and technical forum will bring together utility leaders, regulators, technology providers, aggregators, consultants and public agencies to examine how grid intelligence and distributed flexibility can be operationalized across the modern distribution system. Discussions will address DERMS deployment, VPP integration, flexible interconnection, distribution planning, AI-enabled grid operations, ADMS–DERMS coordination, resilience and the use of distributed resources to unlock grid capacity.

Industry professionals who can share real-world experience, implementation lessons, case studies, emerging strategies and forward-looking insights are encouraged to submit a speaking proposal. Priority will be given to presentations that offer practical guidance on moving from pilots and planning into scalable, dependable utility operations.

For a list of topics and sessions tentatively planned for the Summit, please review the Preliminary Agenda (note it is subject to change).

Preference will be given to proposals that emphasize practical experience, measurable outcomes, lessons learned, implementation challenges, utility needs, regulatory implications or replicable deployment models.

Vendor-neutral, educational presentations are strongly preferred. Presentations are typically 15-20 minutes in length and are positioned within the appropriate panel session.
